CVS Health is looking for a dynamic Human Resources professional to join our team in support of our retail business unit!

In this role, you will report directly to the Division Senior Director of Human Resources and will own/support components of the overall Division HR Strategy as well as delivering against enterprise priorities. As the HR Business Partner, you will serve as the primary HRBP for multiple Region Directors whom have primary base/office locations in California. The role may require frequent travel including overnights.

As the HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical guidance to Corporate Retail Leadership teams in the development and implementation of business plans. Operating within an HR business partner consulting model, the role is directly, or in partnership with other HR centers of excellence, responsible for performance management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, compensation and training and development. Responsible for building strong relationships within all levels of the organization to proactively develop and execute human capital plans that will positively impact the company and achieve both business and organizational goals.

In this role, you must have the ability to influence and coach at all levels of the organization. The ability to contribute to the design and implementation of HR strategies, programs, and processes in support of the overall business strategy is a must. The individual must have experience in performance law and overall HR business programs to support the business.

Required Qualifications
5 years of progressive HR experience
Ability to build strong relationships and impact/influence decisions
Agile learner with focus on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a multi unit retail environment

BA/BS or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
